   Our best friend and companion we ever knew we will miss you! You are in our hearts forever the Mendez family will always love you baby girl! We miss you so much you will never be replaced its hard to come home and not see you :( I cry my self to sleep every night till we meet again! We will see u again baby girl!

   Emma Nevada   1997-2013

   On a cold, rainy November day in 1997 I decided it was time to bring a little joy into my Berwyn apartment. I headed to The Anti-Cruelty Society on LaSalle in search of, what in the end was the best purchase I ever made!
   I walked around for a good hour and a half holding and petting several different kitties. I didn't make a connection with any of them so I headed out the door. Before walking out I turned around and i saw the cutest little face with these gorgeous green eyes peeking out from in between two other cats in a cage. I had them take her out and within seconds I knew, she was it!
   Emma, my sweet little angel with so much sass, personality and all the unconditional love one could ask for, passed at 12:16PM today in our home with her mama holding her. She was my little side kick, my constant companion and my fur baby for almost 17 years! Saying I'll miss her doesn't even come close....
   We love you Emma Nevada!
   A huge "Thank You" to Dr. Jim for looking over our girl all these years, we are blessed to have you!

   RIP my sunshine,Thank you baby for choosing me!!!!

   Roscoe Pullen   2010-2013

   Our hearts feel so empty, it seems like yesterday you were barking to go out for a walk, on the couch greeting us as we came home.There could never be another to take your place! Though gone never forgotten My beloved Rosco.

   Steve   2000-2013

   Steve has and always will be a beautiful part of our life. He was the kindest and most gentle companion and has placed a smile on our faces since he the day he was brought home. Our lives are better because of his presence. He has taught us all what truely unconditional love and acceptance is and how it should always remain in our lives. We will forever love and miss him.

   Tink   2002-2013

   We are so lucky to have been adopted by our sweet Tink. He was a true friend and a fierce fighter.
   His passing has left a hole in our hearts and family.
   We will always love you, tiny wolf.
